Information Technology Mission

Provide information technology infrastructure and services to the entire University, including:

  • Network services (email, calendar, directory, file storage, web/portal, document management, etc.)
  • Basic infrastructure (network, wireless, telephony, desktop support)
  • Classroom and instructional support (classroom technology, computer labs, software licensing, course management system, etc.)
  • Research support (Internet 2, high-speed networking, collaboration in special purpose computing needs, etc.)
  • Student support (residential network, student IT Help Desk, computer acquisition and usage guidelines, etc.)
  • Telecommunications provisioning (Internet, voice, cable TV, video conferencing, remote sites, etc.)
  • Enterprise applications (student information, financial, human resources, etc.)
