Develop and support datamart to enable reporting and analysis in the areas of faculty workload, instructional space utilization, and TIE course categorization.

Provides support for planning and decision making related to academic resources.
Project Deliverables:
Integrated datamart containing student, PPS and facilities data.
Metadata and supporting documentation to support use of datamart.
Reports and data file outputs using datamart as source.

Identify (and possibly establish) systems of record for source data.
Development of ETL processes from systems of record to MARS datamart.

MARS primarily leverages other systems (ODS, Business Intelligence Platform), without introducing additional costs.

Dependency on implementation of Business Intelligence Platform project could delay progress.
Data governance issues could delay project or cause it to fail.
