1. Deployment of calendar in test mode for analysis as to required integration work.

2. Adaption of calendar to UC Merced environment.

Issues/Risks:

1. UCB is willing, but the process of obtaining the application is moving very slowly.

2. No real sense yet as to how daunting the adaptation may be.

3. In view of the application ultimately becoming community source, ensuring that we modify only what is strictly necessary and get those changes integrated into the master source at UCB.

4. The need to get this up in a timely way so as to obviate the need for other units to invest resources in similar applications.
