A/V Equipment Checkout


OIT provides loaner AV equipment to current students, faculty, and staff.

What do I need to get this service?

An active faculty, staff or student with a UCMNetID can request this service. You will receive confirmation and information on where to pick up the equipment.

What is included?

Equipment available for checkout includes projector, screen, and speakers.

When is support for this service available?

Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

How long does it take to get the service?

Within 3 business days.

How do I stop or change the service?

Contact the OIT Service Desk with your ticket number cancel your request.
