Setting Up Personal Folders

  1. Right-click on Local Folders (located in the Folders column on the left side of the screen).
  2. Click on "New Folder".
  3. Type in a name for the new folder.
  4. Under "Create as a subfolder of:" choose "Local Folders".
  5. Click OK

Now you will have your new folder listed under the "Local Folders" list in the "Folders" pane on the left side. You can drag messages to this folder and they will be saved to your local computer. Repeat for all the folders you would like to create.
