Home › SupportThe UC Merced Information Technology (UCMIT) Help Desk provides UC Merced staff, faculty, and students with information and technical support for computer hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices and many other technology related devices. The IT Help Desk is the first step in obtaining support; whether it is for UCMNetID password resets, email setup and configurations, computer hardware failures, classroom technology questions or any other IT related issues.
During normal business hours, you may request support by contacting the Main IT Help Desk via phone at 209.228.HELP (4357), walk-in to our helpdesk located in COB 132A or email us at helpdesk@ucmerced.edu.
