Computer Purchase Consultation and Quotes
This is a quote request for UC Merced’s negotiated and
standard laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations for UC Merced faculty and staff. The quote includes pre-negotiated costs which include discounted pricing for the purchase of new computer and hardware.
Current UC Merced faculty or staff who need a computer for university business.
For a quote, please provide the list of desired equipment in the request form. Or, if you have questions, you may submit a general request as well.
OIT provides consultation and quotes for requested PC/Mac hardware: laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals.
OIT will provide a quote for PC/Mac hardware for the identified system(s). This quote will need to be submitted to your departmental purchasing agent for processing.
Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.
