Mobile Device Support
OIT provides support for connecting iOS, Android, and tablets devices to various UC Merced campus services.
This service is available to anyone with a current UCMNetID and an iOS, Android or tablet.
Assistance with the setup and configuration for smartphones and tablet devices when connecting or accessing UC Merced services. This includes, but is not limited to, wireless, VPN, e-mail, and calendar services.
The self-service Knowledge Base tutorials are available for immediate use. If a service request is necessary, service is provided within 3 business days.
