Special Event Support
You must be an active faculty, staff, or student with a UCMNetID.
Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance of the event because of the planning that is involved with AV equipment and the support of the event.
We work directly with the requestor of this request to determine your needs, help with planning around the AV equipment, and provide support during the event.
A consult will be provided within 3 business days of submission of your request.
