Static IP Addressing

DESCRIPTION:

Request an IP address for a device that requires a constant IP address.


What do I need to get this service?

  • Description of device requiring static IP address
  • Location of system (Castle, Campus, Mondo… etc.)
  • Network (DMZ, HiSec, RedNet… etc.)

What is included?

Static IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server information.


When is support for this service available?

Support is available during standard business hours by contacting the IT Help Desk.


How long does it take to get the service?

Within 3 business days.


How do I stop or change the service?

Submit a work order by contacting IT Help Desk, who will forward the request to the Network team.
