Directory and Calendar services
Introduction
UC Merced uses a central electronic directory utilizing LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) to store information about and on the behalf of students, faculty, staff, and others. The directory may be searched from our web site as well as from many email clients, but is also used behind the scenes by many applications, including email and calendaring.
