Migrate Your Site to the Campus CMS
Request your site to be migrated to the Campus Content Management System
- Requests for sites to be migrated over to the Campus CMS currently take approximately 5 business days to process
- Once your site is created on the Campus CMS you will be contacted by a member of the Campus CMS team.
Request A New Site
Steps for Creating a New Site
- Departments, Programs, and Groups can request space for their own web site.
- Requests for new sites currently take approximately 2 business days to process
- You will be contacted by a member of the Campus CMS team once your site is ready
- Do you have your graphics ready for your site or do you need graphics support? If you need help creating your graphics, contact communications at webeditor@ucmerced.edu.
- Preparation Items (things to consider while preparing for your new site):
- Graphics for header, features and content
- Content Material
- Navigation
- Colors
- Once your site is created you will be contacted by a member of the Campus CMS team who will provide instructions on how to manage your site through the Campus Content Management System.
- Tutorial on the Campus Content Management System are available from the Campus CMS interface after you log in to edit your site. For further assistance, please email webrequests@ucmerced.edu.
Managing Sites on the Interim Content Management System
Site are managed through the Interim Content Management System.
A tutorial on the Interim Content Management System is available for detailed instruction on how to use the CMS, click here to view the tutorial. For assistance in any of these steps, please email your request to webrequests@ucmerced.edu.
