This service is available for active faculty, staff or graduate students (pre approval through your Principal Investigator). Please use the “Request” button and include the following information:
- Description of device requiring static IP address
- Location of system (Castle, Campus, Mondo… etc.)
- Network (DMZ, HiSec, RedNet… etc.)
Consultation may be provided if necessary or requested.
You will be provided with a static IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and/or DNS server information.
Within 3 business days.
