What do I need to do to get this service?

Be a current website developer or website owner at UC Merced

What is included?

Access to the Siteimprove platform to view accessibility information for UC Merced websites under your area of responsibility. Sites are crawled every five days and reports identifying accessibility errors and how to fix them are issued to the site owner.

When is support for this service available?

Siteimprove’s Help Center is available 24/7 by clicking on the “Help Center” link at the top of the main page.

How long does it take to get the service?

Go to this page and follow the instructions under Scanning Your Sites:

Once you login and contact the site administrator you should receive an email with your license information within 5 business days.

How do I stop or change the service?

Your account will be disabled when you leave the University. UCOP is currently covering the cost for each campus to make this product available. There is no cost to you but you must maintain an active account.
