Special Event Support

OIT, by request, supports any special events occurring on campus where you require audio-visual support including sound amplification, theatrical lighting (Lakireddy Auditorium), computer, video projection or one-time use of a Zoom Webinar license for up to 500 participants.
For planning purposes, you must submit your request at least TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE of the event.
What do I need to get this service?

You must be an active faculty, staff, or student with a UCMNetID.

What is included?

We work directly with the requestor of this request to determine your needs, help with planning around the AV equipment, and provide support during the event.

When is support for this service available?
Consultation for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.
How long does it take to get the service?

A consult will be provided within 3 business days of submission of your request.

How do I stop or change the service?

Contact the OIT Service Desk with your ticket number.
