Voice Over IP (VoIP) is the campus telephony service for the Downtown Campus Center (DCC). If you are located at DCC and require assistance, use the Request Service button to submit a ticket. You need to be located at DCC where VoIP services are provided. VoIP services are currently not available outside of DCC at this time.
Services will be provided based on the ticket submitted, or OIT will reach out to you for a consultation.
Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

Contact the OIT Service Desk with your ticket number cancel your request.
