VoIP Service Request

Voice Over IP (VoIP) is the campus telephony service for the Downtown Campus Center (DCC). If you are located at DCC and require assistance, use the Request Service button to submit a ticket. Provide details regarding your needs and the ticket will be routed to the appropriate team for support. For more information visit VoIP Technical Resources.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET THIS SERVICE?

You need to be located at DCC where VoIP services are provided.  VoIP services are currently not available outside of DCC at this time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Services will be provided based on the ticket submitted, or OIT will reach out to you for a consultation.

WHEN IS SUPPORT FOR THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE SERVICE?

OIT will contact you within 3 business days.

HOW DO I STOP OR CHANGE THE SERVICE?

Contact the OIT Service Desk with your ticket number cancel your request.

COST

There is no cost for this service.
