Zoom Webinar allows you to broadcast a meeting, large course, or a town hall (1-way communication, speaker to audience only), for up to 10,000 view only attendees.
Be a current faculty or staff with an active UCMNetID. You will need to provide an FAU and documented approval from your CAO. Webinar licenses must be assigned to an individual.

Zoom's Help Center has a complete library of help videos and documentation on Zoom functions. The Help Center is available 24/7 by clicking on the “SUPPORT” link on top the main page.
For assistance creating or facilitating a Zoom call with Zoom in-person support, 48 hours notice is required and you must have a licensed account prior to contacting Zoom.
For all other inquiries, OIT Service Desk support is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.
A Zoom Webinar license can take up to 3 weeks to be provisioned, once approved by the department CAO.
Zoom Webinar licenses will remain active and will be renewed annually until OIT receives a request to cancel the license.
