CATCOURSES APPOINTMENTS
We offer CatCourses support through Zoom for your convenience. If you ever require a consultation, our team is available to help you solve your issues step by step. Support is available to all faculty, students and staff, making it easy to connect with us whenever you need help keeping your CatCourses running smoothly. Our team provides scheduled appointments and walk-in hours over Zoom. These services are available during normal business hours, as well as extended hours, allowing you to connect with us at times that fit your schedule.
EXTENDED CATCOURSES SUPPORT NOW AVAILABLE
The Learning Technologies Team (OIT) has expanded CatCourses support hours to give you more opportunities to get help when you need it—even after regular business hours. Our goal is to make sure that the UC Merced Community has reliable access to CatCourses guidance for both quick fixes and in-depth questions.
Walk-Ins are available at these times:
Monday: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Extended Hours Appointments:
Monday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Support during these times covers common needs such as troubleshooting technical issues, navigating course content, managing the gradebook, and setting up assignments or quizzes. After 5 PM, additional troubleshooting will continue to be available over Zoom to ensure support is accessible even outside the typical workday.
Walk-in support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, while scheduled appointments guarantee one-on-one assistance. By extending our hours, we want to provide the flexibility to get help at times that fit your schedule, ensuring a smoother experience with CatCourses.
