On Wednesday, August 3, campus ServiceNow users will notice changes to the Service Request forms in the OIT Service Hub. The changes modernize the platform’s user interface and vastly improve the mobile experience. Frequent users will also notice a new “Required information” field on the right side of any service request form, designed to better guide you through the required elements of the form.
