In case you missed it, OIT has launched Microsoft Sign-on and Device Ownership Verification via direct email to staff and faculty. These updates are part of our ongoing efforts as a part of the ProtectUs: System-wide Cybersecurity Initiative to meet the requirements of UCOP cybersecurity mandate. This was done in two phases:
Phase One - Microsoft Sign-on went live on September 15th. This will change your login experience for all Microsoft services & apps as well as RemoteLab.
Phase Two - Device Ownership Verification began at the end of September. This service requires you to verify the ownership status of any device you connect to the campus network that is not enrolled in the Device Management Program.
