System Status

Overall Status:

Impacted services have been recovered with improved performance. Work continues with the vendor to restore full performance over the weekend and we will continue to monitor status of all impacted applications. If you experience service interruption, please "Report an incident" using the button to the right.

Previous Status: In an effort to address performance issues impacting recovered services, OIT staff will be adjusting storage needs. You may experience a temporary outage for some services. Please check back as we will provide an update when this adjustment has been completed.

Previous Status: Currently all critical services have been restored with some service performance degradation. We are working with our vendor to identify an underlying infrastructure failure.We continue to test the stabiity, and responsiveness of all services. Please report problems you experience via the  "Report an incident" button on the right side of this page.
 
Previous Status: OIT is working to restore several business systems impacted late last evening by an unplanned outage. While no major services are affected, we have identified an impact to Financial Aid Appeals system, PAWS (Human Resources position management), and UCMPrint (campus and auxilliary printers that require a card swipe). We will update this page when we have more information.
