11-14-2019 7:35 am: OIT is continuing to work with our vendor and monitoring services with Student Self-Service Banner / Registration pages this morning. We'll post again when we have more information to share.
11-13-2019 7:05 pm: OIT has continued to work with our vendor on the issues we’ve been experiencing with Banner Self-Service this evening. Our vendor will be performing a database restart overnight to attempt to alleviate the issue. We’ll post again in the morning with more info!
11-13-2019 2:54 pm: As OIT has been monitoring this issue, we've seen more intermittent problems. Our vendor has engaged their escalated support model and our team is actively working to troubleshoot the issue. We'll post again when we have more information.
11-13-2019 2:25 pm: OIT is continuing to work with our vendor to resolve the intermittent issues with Self-Service, registration, and Degree Audit. At this time, the service is stable and we're monitoring while investigating the root cause. We'll post more information as we have it!
11-13-2019 11:20 am: OIT has confirmed that we are seeing more intermittent problems with accessing Student Self-Service Banner / Registration pages today. We are working with our vendor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We'll post again as soon as we have an update.
