- Have a unique purpose
- Objective is well-defined
- Are temporary efforts, with a start and finish point
- Utilizes various resources (from business and OIT)
- Have a primary sponsor and/or customer

What to Expect
Once you submit your request, a member of the PMO will reach out to you to schedule a discovery session. This usually includes defining high-level (though not necessarily formal) business requirements and may also include a business process analysis (as-is, to-be), an exploration of vendor options, and a security assessment. Through the discovery process, the team will provide a recommendation on the next steps to take.
