Event Support

Introduction

OIT’s Academic and Emerging Technology (AET) team coordinates and manages more than 100 events each year for campus and community members, alumni, and dignitaries. We collaborate and partner with event coordinators every step of the way in planning and implementing. Our team is committed to providing audio/visual consultation and onsite support for a variety of events that require presentation support or any other special event technical needs.


Special Events

AET supports many types of events including campus visits by high-profile guests and dignitaries, high-impact events attended by large audiences, standard meetings which require additional room technology support, and events planned by student organizations that require additional technology support.


Requesting Support

Event requests for equipment setup or staffing require at least 2 weeks notice. Request support for your event here


Equipment Checkout Requests

If you don’t need support but do need technology equipment for your event, complete an equipment checkout request. Requests should be submitted at least 2 business days in advance of the event or meeting. Request your equipment here.
