Popular Types of Consultations
CatCourses
Instructors can schedule a 30 minute appointment with our staff to go over any aspect of the CatCourses learning management system. Appointments are available with 2 business days’ notice (you can also schedule up to 2 months in advance).
Computer Labs
AET can provide an overview of how to use the computers and in-room technology for instructors teaching courses or for staff running events in the computer labs. Appointments are available with 2 business days’ notice (you can also schedule up to 2 months in advance).
Classroom Technology
AET provides pre-semester, first day of instruction (Meet and Greet), and/or general consultations that review in-room audio/visual technology for any general assignment classroom.
Special Events
Special Event Consultations are required for all coordinators who wish to host special events in AET-supported spaces. Appointments are available with 2 weeks notice (you can also schedule up to 6 months in advance).
Teal Technology
TEAL technology consultations are required for instructors who wish to teach in a TEAL lab. The consultation will cover the use of TEAL technology and room abilities to support active learning.
