- Business Process Improvement – Business process improvement is an approach for redesigning the way work is done to better support our mission. PMO staff helps stakeholders to analyze processes and rethink the design of workflows by understanding and mapping a process’ current state, identifying efficiency issues, selecting metrics to gauge their severity, developing effective improvements, and designing the process’ future state.
- Change Management – Any new change to an organization introduces a ‘ripple effect’ of intended and unintended consequences across the system. Our Change Management approach will include activities that support technical implementation and adoption. Activities may include training, communication, and transition management.
- Business Systems Analysis – From gathering business and technical requirements to facilitating business process improvement and software selection, our Business Systems Analysts support design, building, or integration of critical systems.
- Vendor Management – We will provide the proper governance necessary to manage project vendors effectively.
